RULES

1.    Eligibility & Player Conduct 

  1. Only individuals who have registered through the website are permitted to participate. Playing for someone else or having someone play for you is not permitted.
  2. Players are expected to display positive sportsmanship
  3. Event staff reserves the right to disqualify any player that violates the above guidelines.

2.    Tournament Outline

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all seeding and matchups will be created
  2. Unless otherwise stated, home and away team designation will be determined randomly.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, all tournaments will be 1v1 Double
  4. Should a game end in a tie (not allowed), the players will start a new game with the exact same teams and get the game back into the exact same game situation (possession, down & distance, and yard line). Changing your team or your playbook is not permitted in this situation.

3.    General Rules

  1. Participants may select any of the 32 NFL teams in Madden. You may select the same team as your opponent. No other teams are allowed (created teams, ultimate teams, ).
  2. Participants may change teams and/or playbooks between rounds. The higher seed gets one change during team selection after the lower seed has
  3. If you suspect your opponent is cheating by abusing game programming to gain an advantage or in a fit of rage, report it immediately
    1. Excessively toggling the screen
    2. Intentionally committing penalties in an effort to slow the game down or run out the clock

  1. If a player does not show up for their scheduled match, there is a 15-minute grace period. After this 15-minute period is up, the game will be recorded as a forfeit. Players should notify the Discord Commissioners immediately in the case of a tardy opponent.
